Who is helping Africa to stop the famine and how?

Is Africa more important than our own countries famine, sure dose take the heat off of our own governments responsibility, they just love all those bleeding hearts wanting to save the world except their own, it's time we clean up our own back yard before we try and clean up someone Else's.
