New Labour and political correctness gone mad?

So Mr Brown has asked for people not to refer to recent terrorists as "Islamic extremists" as apparently it insults the other Muslims. Ok so although they scream "Allah is good" before trying to blow up all parts of Britain, what should we call them. Is this just another example of New Labour's obsession with political correctness, an obsession I believe puts this country under increasing threat. Abdul Rahman Al-Rashead of Al-Arabiya TV, and Dr M Hamid Husain are outraged at fellow Muslims twisting the teachings of the Quaran, and rightfully condemn these acts. So it appears people of all faiths are still happy to call a spade a spade, and not every Muslim believes Sept 11th was a Jewish conspiracy. So just who are the liberal brigade 'protecting', and does this pathetic political correctness hinder the authorites, thereby placing our people at even greater risk.
