Does any one know where I can find a Beta Reader?

Okay, I need someone to go through the story, and be completely harsh with it. I need the hard truth and pinpoints on what needs to be improved. Characters, storyline, relatable, and esp grammar. I need some one who is not going to try and steal the story. It has been copy written However, it is not ready for publication. So I need a Beta Reader. Thanks.
