Hi, i like to play bingo and everything was great.?

Hi i like playing bingo through jackpot joy and until now hve had no probs. We have just moved to Spain and have wireless access. The trouble is my bingo wont connect, it says Firewall blocking. I have checked and jpj doesnt even show up on the firewall list. Am i doing something wrong. How can i get it to play on my computer again.
