Fashion Institue Of Design?

What did Lauren Conrad major in at FIDM? And what's her offical title at People's Rev? I'm planning on going to Boston College, but I want to work in the fashion industry field. But then problem is, I suck at art. I want to manage something in the fashion world. Of course I wouldn't mind doing some artsy things, but I don't want to be a fashion designer. Something similar to what Lauren does onthe Hills, I know MTV got her that job and what not but something similar is what I've always wanted to do.
