Which guitar shall i get?

i've been playing guitar for a total of about 5 years now and i want something quite advanced. i have a fender strat and i want to play some quite heavy things, my price range is about �175 at the abolout maximum. i would like something thats in a wierd shape and a whammy bar is a must. i've taken a look at dean, jackson, gibson, ephiphone, esp and i haven't found anything that i like the look of. any suggestions would be very greatful thanks.
