More attractive?some tips PLEASE?

how can i be more charming , i mean ,i am 15 ,i am 1,74 ,thin,with red hair and brown eyes.everybody sees me like friend,you know, BUDDY,NOBODY like......GIRL. they call me Che (cause of che guevara) I am a tomboy, but i don't know i'm really tired being treated like a BOY. i want to change! what should i do so to be more attractive???
