Would you support an end to taxation of wages?

An overhaul of the federal taxation system is necessary, and saving social security and medicare, though they are taxed seperately, may need to be done as part of this overhaul. A federal sales tax, taboo for corporate/capitalist interests, could provide, at the right rates, significantly more $ than a pay/refund/eic cycle. For most of my life, I got more back than I paid each year, and that seems counterproductive in the face of the 50 year+ debt these richpublicans have placed this country in, and the sad state of public/social services.
