Should i pay my friends to help me make youtube videos?

ok i making youtube video skits that require allot of people so i asked my friend to help me get a cast she said ok, i provided most of the camera equipment (camera, tripod) and all of my skits were my idea (all though most of them are actually Parodies and remixes of other youtube videos) but now she wants part owner ship to my youtube channel and we haven't even started yet, she said she will walk with the cast members (i know big deal i can just convince them to join) i tolled her i will give her credit to her and everyone else, but she wants ownership of MY CHANNEL. do you think that this is right and i should start a different project, or try to get some kind of agreement?
