Can my mother claim me as a dependent on her taxes if I got married in November of 2009?

I was a full time student up until my graduation in August of 2009 and she has always filed me as a dependent. Can I file my taxes as a married person jointly with my husband for this year or do I have to file single? I am 22 years old and I turned 22 on August 17th, 2009.
