How do i get a house loan?

well im 18 years old and ive recently moved back into my child hood home in my hometown. i really want to be able to get the loan on it with out having a co signer. i also wanna be able to tak out a loan to remodel the house because it needs a lot of work. do any young home buyers have any advice.

Why have no tripedal or tripodal animals evolved?

In the physics section there was a question as to whether a 3-legged table(i.e. a tripod) would wobble the serious answers said that the triangle was the strongest self-supporting structure. Seems strange that during the millions of years of evolution there seems to be no evidence of tripedalism/tripodal development

Spooky horse...Any suggestions?

I bought a 16 yr old TB that was being used as a school horse for jumping. When I ride we will be walking along fine and he will spook and turn really fast and run. I know you should turn them back and get them to see what they are afraid of but my problem is I have no idea what is causing him to spook. So what I'm doing is going back to where is spooks and doing circles. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

In 10 year relationship was going great now kinda sucky should i give up or hang in there?

If it's only going "kinda sucky" right now then I would say to hang in there and work on it. Find some ways to improve on your relationship. Go on dates again, do things silly together. If it was going really bad and he treated you like crap and was cheating on you etc, etc, etc then I would say not to put up with it and move on with your life. But, it just sounds like you guys need to work a little bit harder to keep the spark in your relationship going! :)

Why are there Census people going around neighborhoods writting in little books and knocking on my door for...?

no reason at all? They have knocked on my door and said that they work for the Census and then leave, spooky behavior.

How do i get more exciting friends?

they either always have their heads in a brilliant book or their over protective mummys won'y let them go to a stupid kiddies disco . At school the consider fun is standing around talking about interesting books at breaktime.
